- Local Processing: All file parsing and data analysis are performed locally in your browser. Your CSV data is NOT uploaded to any server.

- Browser Performance: Processing very large or numerous CSV files may consume significant browser resources (memory and CPU). For best performance, use a modern browser (latest Chrome, Firefox, Edge). If files are too large, please be patient or try processing them in smaller batches.
- CSV Format: This tool is designed for standard CSV files, especially backlink reports similar to SEMrush exports. It attempts to find a column named 'Source URL' to extract domains. Ensure your files contain this information or that URLs are in easily identifiable columns.
- Domain Matching: The tool extracts and compares the full hostname (e.g., sub.example.com) from each source URL. This means sub.example.com and example.com will be treated as distinct domains. Results show the overlap count for hostnames.
